Chemistry Olympiad Practice - Thursday 30th January
The Chemistry Olympiad is an international competition where countries select a team of 4 A-level (or equivalent) students to compete in epic battle of chemistry knowledge and skill (not their words).
The first round of selection for the U.K. team is an exam style test in early February. I'll pass more details nearer the time, but for now, here is a LINK to some example questions with guidance on how to answer them.
On Thursday the 30th of January I'll run a practice session to show you the style of questions that might come up and how to approach them. This should be useful exam technique support regardless of whether or not you enter the competition.
Last Year the majority of our students who entered achieved a Bronze award and one even reached the highest possible Gold award.
Good Luck!
